VA Disability Meets the Wheelchair Games

VA disability benefits are available to all qualified veterans and post-military personnel who have served their country in the U.S. armed forces. Each veteran has a different story to tell, but those who participate in the Wheelchair Games get additional bragging rights.

From July 13 to 18 in Tampa, Florida, disabled veterans from across the country will participate in the world’s largest competitive wheelchair sporting event.

Now, disabled veterans are joining forces in a different way – in sporting events and friendly competition. The games are open to all U.S. military veterans who use wheelchairs because of neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, amputation, or other impairments in mobility.

Learn more at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) when you visit their website for the latest information about VA disability benefits.
